Spend twelve sessions working one-on-one with me to transform, step into your Empress energy and live the life you desire. This is a space to talk, release trauma from the body, live an embodied life, shift your mindset, raise your vibration, and gain guidance and clarity on the where's, what's and how's of creating your own reality. Using a combination of trauma informed coaching and energetic modalities this is a holistic mind, body, and soul transformation.
